SEEKING THE LORD FOR GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION

“Seek the Lord & His strength; Seek I-tis presence continuahy.” - I Chronicles 16:11

In the life of every believer we should know that prayer is vital in every decision we make. Prayer should be our FIRST thought, not our LAST ONE! It is important that we seek God in all that we do and that we stay in His presence. Our strength and peace is found only in HIM, when we are faced with difficult decisions. We have to be careful not to seek our own way or follow our own paths. Proverbs 3:6 states, “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and HE will make straight our paths.”

Thought for the Day: I allow the Holy Spirit to guide me and give me direction.

Prayer for Direction: Father God, we thank YOU for Your strength, Your grace, Your love and Your mercy. We ask Father God that you guide us in every thought and decision that need to be made that we may bring YOU glory and honor. We are standing, trusting and believing in Your Word to lead us in the direction we need to move in for kingdom building.

We thank you Father God for you peace that surpasses all understanding and count it all joy! Thank you for your guidance and direction in all that we do, that we may bring glory only to you! In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
